EDI Approach - Newbridge, Edinburgh
In 2022, GSS Developments acquired the former Continental Tyres Factory site at Newbridge, marking a major milestone for West Edinburgh.
Following planning approval in 2023, EDI Approach is now advancing as a large-scale commercial property development in Edinburgh, transforming this long-derelict site into a vibrant new business park.
The development will include multi-let industrial and logistics units, trade counters, and an EV charging hub – all designed to attract a range of occupiers.
Beyond the buildings themselves, significant investment is being made in infrastructure, landscaping, and site access to enhance the surrounding area.

2 Semple Street - Edinburgh City Centre
Located in Edinburgh’s financial district, 2 Semple Street is a landmark example of a premium office building investment in Edinburgh.
Completed in 2018, the 39,347 sq ft Grade-A building offers flexible office and retail space designed to the highest standards. It set a new benchmark for speculative office development in Scotland’s capital and has since become one of GSS Developments’ flagship projects.
In 2021, the property was sold to La Française Real Estate Managers, marking one of GSS’s most significant investment achievements to date.
37 Albyn Place - Aberdeen
Situated in the heart of Aberdeen, just steps from Union Street, 37 Albyn Place combines convenience with quality. The building underwent a major refurbishment in 2021, modernising its facilities while maintaining its traditional charm.
Upgrades included advanced IT and communication systems, lift access to all floors, new tea prep areas, and contemporary WC facilities. The property also benefits from 45 dedicated parking spaces.

Cirrus Workspaces & Stratus Building - ABZ Business Park, Aberdeen
Located within ABZ Business Park near Aberdeen Airport, the Cirrus and Stratus buildings showcase GSS’s commitment to modern, flexible workspace.
In 2013, GSS Developments purchased a prominent two-acre plot at 6 International Avenue, ABZ Business Park. After speculatively developing the Cirrus Building, which comprises a two-storey, high quality open-plan office pavilion, GSS went on to partner with a business centre operator to launch ABZ Business Park’s first serviced office operation.

GSS Developments also speculatively developed the neighbouring Stratus building. This second building comprises a three-storey open-plan office pavilion, designed with a market-leading landlord specification and set within the esteemed ABZ Business Park – a sprawling 54- acre hub in Dyce, near Aberdeen and Aberdeen Airport.
